intelligent control system of the composite process can accurately
adjust the amount of different bonding materials and composite
parameters according to the product design requirements, such as
different composite processes for breathable and highly absorbent
products. The cutting process is completed jointly by the robot arm
and the visual recognition system. According to the information
provided by the visual system, the robot can accurately cut and
sort the sanitary napkin, and can handle the cutting task of
complex shapes and various specifications, and the cutting accuracy
can reach the millimeter level. The packaging process adopts a
flexible packaging production line, which can flexibly adjust the
packaging form, packaging size and packaging speed according to the
needs of the order, such as realizing a single independent
packaging, multi-piece combination packaging and different
packaging layers.Quality testing adopts a combination of universal
testing platform and expandable testing module. The general testing
platform can quickly test the basic performance of the product,
while the expandable testing module can conduct special testing for
products with special functions, such as antibacterial sanitary
napkins with Chinese herbal ingredients or sanitary napkins with
aromatherapy functions, so as to comprehensively guarantee product
quality. Based on the fusion architecture of cloud computing and
edge computing, the automatic control system realizes distributed
intelligent control and collaborative optimization of the
production line, which can not only macro-control the overall
operating state of the production line, but also optimize the local
operating parameters of each equipment in real time, ensuring that
the production line runs efficiently and has good stability and
scalability.
