the equipment. Every week, professional and technical personnel
carry out in-depth inspection of the equipment, including checking
the tightness of the transmission chain, the meshing of the gear,
whether the lubrication system is working normally, etc.,
lubrication maintenance of key components, and timely replacement
of obvious wear parts. Carry out an overall overhaul of the
equipment once a month, carry out line inspection and parameter
calibration of the electrical system of the equipment, and conduct
comprehensive debugging of the mechanical structure to ensure the
operation accuracy of the equipment. Through this combination of
regular maintenance and daily maintenance, the equipment failure
rate is significantly reduced, effectively ensuring the stable
operation of the production line and reducing the downtime caused
by equipment failure.
