batch, including physical properties, chemical indicators, etc., to
ensure the quality of raw materials is up to standard. In the
production process, each process has a quality control point, and
workers carry out production in strict accordance with the standard
operating process, and carry out real-time self-inspection and
mutual inspection. In the inspection process of finished products,
multi-dimensional testing method is adopted to test the appearance,
size, absorption performance and leak-proof performance of diapers
one by one, and the defective rate is controlled within 0.5% to
provide safe and comfortable diapers for babies.
Our baby diaper production line adopts a scientific and reasonable
method in equipment maintenance. Developed a detailed equipment
maintenance plan, daily cleaning of equipment, lubrication of key
components, to ensure smooth operation of equipment. Conduct a
comprehensive inspection every week, including checking the
transmission system, electrical system, etc., to find and solve
potential problems in a timely manner. Carry out in-depth
maintenance once a month, conduct overall debugging and calibration
of the equipment, and replace the wearing parts. At the same time,
the establishment of equipment failure emergency plan, when the
equipment fails, maintenance personnel can respond quickly,
complete the maintenance in the shortest time, reduce the equipment
downtime, to ensure the stable operation of the production line.
